Spinach and Artichoke Dip

INGREDIENTS

1 cup frozen spinach 1 1⁄2 cups artichoke hearts
6 oz cream cheese
1⁄4 cup sour cream
1⁄4 cup mayo
1⁄3 cup Parmesan
1⁄4 tsp red pepper flakes
1⁄4 tsp salt
1/tsp minced garlic

DIRECTIONS

Boil 1 cup of frozen spinach and 1 1⁄2 cups of artichoke hearts until tender. Add, 6 oz cream cheese, 1⁄4 c sour cream, 1⁄4 c mayo, 1⁄3 c grated Parmesan, 1⁄4 tsp red pepper flakes, 1⁄4 tsp salt, 1⁄4 tsp garlic and mix until it's warm throughout, about 5 more minutes. Serve warm.
